Regardless the limited financial resources, technical and technological difficulties as well as their time consuming character, cities and villages are obliged to secure proper functioning of waste management and processing systems. There are many and different solutions to choose from. However there is not a single one solution that can be declared as universal and perfect. Therefore the 6th annual expert conference “Enviro-Management 2012” aims at presentation of practical experience and knowledge in this area across the European countries in the widest possible extent.
Thematic framework of the current conference is:
- Waste management in times of financial crises
- Waste and opportunities of resource scarcity
- Place of Europe in the globalized recycling market
- Future of landfilling and its alternatives
- Implemented waste management projects in Europe
